.synopsis...a 30.2 inch surface will build from hudson bay today to 
quebec and northern new england monday, then east of the canadian 
maritimes by tuesday. meanwhile, a weak 29.9 inch low will develop 
over ohio today and move to the mid atlantic by late monday. a 
broad 30.1 inch high is then forecast to build into the great lakes 
tuesday through wednesday, then drift off the east coast thursday.
