new england coast tuesday. a broad 30.1 inch high is then forecast 
to build across the great lakes tuesday through wednesday, then 
drift off the east coast thursday. a weak cold front will cross the 
lake friday before another 30.1 inch high builds across the upper 
great lakes friday and the lower great lakes by saturday.
