1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a cold front associated with a 29.8 inch low over new 
england will drop south across the lake this morning. a 30.2 inch 
high over ontario will expand southeastward across the lower great 
lakes thursday and thursday night, before settling into the ohio 
valley friday. a 29.6 inch low will then make its way southeastward 
across quebec friday and new england friday night and saturday, with 
its trailing cold front crossing the lake late friday or friday 
night. another 30.2 inch high is then forecast to build across the 
great lakes later saturday through sunday.
