1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.3 inch high over ontario will expand southeastward 
across the great lakes tonight, before settling into the ohio valley 
friday. a 29.6 inch low will then make its way southeastward across 
quebec friday and new england friday night, with its trailing cold 
front crossing the lake late friday or friday night. another 30.2 
inch high will then build across the great lakes and ohio valley 
later saturday through sunday, with a 29.8 inch low forecast to push 
south across new england sunday night and monday.
