.synopsis...a 29.0 inch low over eastern quebec will deepen to 28.2 
inches as it slowly advances towards newfoundland wednesday. another 
29.2 inch low will develop south of nova scotia thursday, then move 
north across the canadian maritimes friday, remaining in place 
through saturday. meanwhile, a 30.1 inch high will then build from 
northwest ontario province friday to james bay and the lower great 
lakes by saturday.
