1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a high pressure ridge averaging 30.0 inches will 
build from the western great lakes through friday and then exit 
toward new england on saturday. a warm front should sweep 
northeastward across lake ontario saturday night and be followed 
by a cold front sweeping eastward across the lake later on sunday.
behind the cold front, a 30.1 inch ridge should slide eastward 
across the lake through monday.
