.synopsis...a large 30.2 inch high will build south across the lower 
great lakes through this weekend, before sliding east into new 
england monday, then off the coast by tuesday. this will allow a 
warm front to sweep northeastward across the lake tuesday, followed 
by a cold front pushing south across the lake on wednesday.
