1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low north of lake ontario this evening 
will weaken into a trough as it slowly drifts over eastern new york 
and new england through thursday. a 30.0 inch high will then build 
from the central great lakes and ohio valley thursday night to the 
lower great lakes and mid atlantic friday, then off the carolina 
coast saturday. a 29.3 inch low over the central plains will then 
push its' warm front into the lower great lakes region sunday and 
sunday night. another low averaging 29.5 inches may move from the 
central great lakes to james bay monday through monday night.
