.synopsis...a weak cold front will settle south of the lake this 
afternoon, then stall just south of the lake through thursday. a 
30.4 inch high will then build from northwest ontario province 
thursday night to southern quebec by saturday morning before moving 
off the new england coast by sunday while weakening to 30.2 inches. 
another 30.4 inch high will then build from northwest ontario 
province sunday to western quebec monday. meanwhile, a 29.8 inch low 
will move into the lower ohio valley by monday.
