.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low over the western great lakes this 
morning will strengthen to 29.3 inches while moving southeast into 
the lower great lakes tonight and tuesday. a cold front associated 
with this low will swing across the lake late tuesday and tuesday 
night. the low will then weaken to 29.6 inches while drifting east 
into new england by wednesday, before entering the northern atlantic 
thursday and friday. meanwhile a 30.0 inch high will slide across 
the great lakes thursday and friday.
