for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake ontario

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.2 inch low over eastern quebec will track east and 
northeast today while sending its trailing cold front towards and 
across the lake tonight. meanwhile, a secondary low of 29.3 inches 
will develop over pennsylvania tonight and then deepen to 29.2 
inches as it heads towards and across new england through thursday. 
a weak 29.8 inch high will then build in across the lake friday 
which will be followed by a 29.7 inch low and cold front saturday. 
this low will steam off into quebec canada sunday while weakening 
to 29.9 inches.
