low pressure around 29.2 inches over southeast south dakota will
deepen a little further as it moves into southwest minnesota by early
evening. the low will then lift northward into ontario by friday
morning. breezy southerly winds will develop over the lake tonight
into friday morning, followed by a shift to westerly winds with 
the passage of a cold front friday afternoon. areas of dense fog
may form over the lake tonight and friday due to moist air flowing
over the cold lake. modest northerly winds are then expected for 
the weekend as the strong low moves away across canada and high 
pressure moves from the northern high plains to the western great 
lakes.
