1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of

.synopsis... 
a stationary front just north of lake erie will begin to move north 
as a warm front tonight. a ridge averaging 30.40 inches over the 
lake is expected to shift east of the area tonight. low pressure 
29.80 inches will move northeast across the upper great lakes 
wednesday and thursday which will push a slow moving cold front 
south across lake erie thursday. low pressure 29.40 inches is 
expected to track northeast through the ohio valley along a 
stationary front friday night and to central lake erie by saturday. 
weak high pressure 30.20 inches will move across lake erie sunday.

a weak boundary will continue to lift northward across the lake
tonight, as low pressure around 29.7 inches moves from the 
central plains to the arrowhead region of minnesota. winds will 
become south to southeast and modestly breezy behind the 
boundary. 

modest south winds should then continue until wednesday night, 
when a cold front is expected to move southeast over the lake, 
changing winds to a northwest direction. north winds are then 
expected behind front on thursday, becoming northeast on friday.
