1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a large 30.4 inch high along the coast of new england 
will remain in place today while a warm front pushes northeast 
across the lake. a 29.6 inch low will then track from the central
plains sunday to lake superior by monday evening...then to ontario
province on tuesday. a cold front trailing from the low will 
cross the lake on tuesday...with a 29.9 inch bubble of high 
pressure then forecast to slide across the lake tuesday night and
wednesday.
