.synopsis...a weak trough averaging 30.1 inches will remain 
stationary across the lower great lakes through the remainder of
the day today before moving east across new england tonight. a 
30.7 inch high is then forecast to build from north of lake 
superior tonight to northern quebec thursday through saturday. a 
weak 30.1 inch low will then approach new york state on sunday.
