for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake ontario

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.2 inch high stretching from the ohio valley to
the mid atlantic region will move off the east coast tonight. a cold 
front will then cross the lower great lakes friday night. a 30.1 
inch high will then build across the upper great lakes saturday, 
then drift east to the lower great lakes by sunday and remain in 
close proximity of the lake through monday. tuesday this surface 
high will exit towards the atlantic coastline with a weak 
low pressure trough averaging 29.9 inches nearing the lake.
