the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low will move from near lake superior 
tonight to central quebec by later monday night, while pushing an 
arctic cold front across the lake monday afternoon. a 30.5 inch high 
will then slide east across the southeastern states tuesday and 
tuesday night, with a 29.8 inch low then making its way across the 
central great lakes wednesday, then into central quebec thursday.
