waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.2 inch high across the lower great lakes early this 
morning, will drift off the east coast monday night. a weak 29.6 
inch low will then cross the lower great lakes tuesday night before 
moving off the new england coast wednesday. a 30.1 inch high will 
then proceed to build from the ohio valley wednesday to the mid 
atlantic thursday. a 29.9 inch low will cross the ohio valley 
towards the lower great lakes friday.
