for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake ontario

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low will ripple along a frontal boundary 
today, with this wave passing just to the west of the lake this 
afternoon. this low will deepen to 29.4 inches as it moves across 
southern quebec thursday. a 30.2 inch high will move across the ohio 
valley and mid-atlantic region thursday night through friday. a 29.6 
inch surface low will pass across the lake friday night with a cold 
front, then shifting east of the lake saturday. a 30.3 inch surface 
high will ridge across the lake saturday night, and move east of the 
lake sunday. meanwhile, a 29.5 inch surface low over the mid 
mississippi valley sunday morning will track northeastward and 
deepen to 28.9 inches just to the west of the lake monday morning.

with a chance of thunderstorms. waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding to
2 to 4 feet. 
.tonight...south winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west and
increasing to 35 knot gales after midnight. rain showers with a
chance of thunderstorms early, then rain showers likely late in
the evening. a chance of rain showers after midnight. waves 2 to
4 feet building to 13 to 17 feet. waves occasionally around
22 feet. 
.thursday...west gales to 35 knots diminishing to 30 knots. waves
12 to 17 feet subsiding to 10 to 14 feet. waves occasionally
