for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake ontario

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.0 inch high will slowly exit off to our east 
tonight and then off the eastern sea board saturday. a developing 
29.5 inch low over the ohio valley saturday will strengthen to 29.3 
inches, this as it moves northeast along a stationary boundary 
through sunday. another 29.5 inch low is then forecast to develop 
over the upper ohio valley sunday night, it then move east across 
the lower great lakes into western new england, all while pushing a 
cold front across the lakes. surface high pressure builds northeast 
across the ohio valley and the lower lakes on monday ahead of a 29.4 
inch low tracking across lake superior through tuesday. this low 
will weaken 29.6 inches and broaden as it heads east tuesday night 
into the day wednesday.
