.synopsis...a 30.3 inch high will continue to build across the ohio 
valley today. a 29.5 inch low over the upper midwest tuesday will 
track toward the central great lakes. this low will then track into 
eastern ontario through wednesday night, swinging a cold front 
across the lake by later wednesday. the surface low will then track 
well north of the lake thursday and friday.
