remnant 30.3 inch ridging over lake superior this afternoon 
gradually weakens to 30.1 inches through monday morning as a 30.7 
inch high lifts through the saint lawrence seaway, while another 
30.8 inch high drops south through the northern plains. a 29.8 inch 
low from manitoba deepens to 29.6 inches as it crosses the lake 
monday night into tuesday. a much weaker low grazes the northeast 
portion of the lake at 30.1 inches tuesday night into wednesday. 
strong high pressure descending from the canadian prairies late this 
week brings ridging of around 30.6 inches back over lake superior by 
friday, with ridging looking to persist into next weekend.
