Yabucoa - El Negro Overview
Planned future Weatherflow site for CarICOOS. A hurricane-hardened concrete pole is to be constructed near the coast to the east-southeast of Yabucoa in the SE portion of PR. Preliminary Lat/long position is along a beach area.
