Sunset Beach Overview
Large launch site but location is not for beginners. Belmont is a better choice for novice sailers. Keep 300 feet from any swimmers or surfers and avoid flying kite over the heads of beachgoers. Surfers and swimmers always have right of way so steer clear. Surf can be large and currents strong so, no novice kiters. Be respecful of home owners along the beach. We have been fortunate to be able to work along with the Lifegaurds to keep this beach accessible for kiters and safe for all. Please help keep this relationship strong. When in question.....don't go out.
