the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a stationary front will settle south and stall across lake 
erie today. low pressure 29.70 inches will move along this boundary 
on wednesday, lifting a warm front north followed by a cold front 
east wednesday afternoon. a ridge averaging 30.20 inches will build 
into the area on thursday, followed by a stronger low pressure 
system of 29.40 inches moving east through the great lakes on 
friday. high pressure 30.10 inches returns saturday.

great lakes late today. aside from a few isolated showers, a more
active stretch of weather gets underway tonight into wednesday as
low pressure, 29.50 inches, lifts across lower michigan. expect
several rounds of showers and thunderstorms, including some
strong to severe storms. all severe hazards will be possible. the
system's frontal passage eventually leads to a transition to
melting snowfall by wednesday evening. seasonably cool conditions
ensue thursday, followed by more rain, snow, and wind with
another system on friday.
