.synopsis...a 30.2 inch surface high overhead will move to the 
southeast states tuesday. a 29.5 inch low will then move from the 
central great lakes early tuesday to quebec by tuesday night. a 
cold front trailing this low will cross the lake late tuesday. a 
30.2 inch high is then forecast to build from the western great 
lakes wednesday to the eastern great lakes and new england by 
thursday.
