1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.synopsis...a strong 28.6 inch low over eastern quebec and
labrador will remain in place through saturday while gradually
filling to 29.3 inches. meanwhile a 30.5 inch high will remain in
place across western ontario province today through saturday. this
ridge of high pressure will then move into the eastern great lakes
sunday before settling off the coast of the southeast states
monday and tuesday.
