waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...low pressure, 29.60 inches, is currently over the ohio
valley with steady rain ongoing across western lake erie and just
brushing southern lake st. clair. persistent northeast flow backs
to the north friday as high pressure builds in. another low
pressure system arrives saturday supporting the next chance for
rainfall.
