11 pm pdt tuesday...

* what...north winds 15 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. seas 
  steep and wind-driven 6 to 10 ft at 7 to 9 seconds.

* where...all areas will have steep seas. strongest winds south of
  cape blanco and between 5 and 30 nm from shore. 

* when...from 2 pm this afternoon to 11 pm pdt tuesday.

* impacts...gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or 
  damage smaller vessels.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

* impacts...conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or seas 10 feet or higher are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
