* what...north winds 20 to 25 kt then decreasing below 15 kt
  tonight. steep wind-driven seas 6 to 9 ft.

* where...beyond 1 nm from shore through this evening then south
  of gold beach beyond 3 nm from shore.

* when...until 4 am pst wednesday.

* impacts...gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or 
  damage smaller vessels, and will pose an increased risk to 
  inexperienced mariners.

...small craft advisory in effect from 4 pm monday to 10 pm pst
tuesday...

* what...choppy wind driven seas of 8 to 9 ft transition to swell
  dominated and become less steep this morning. seas become wind
  driven again early tuesday morning, becoming steep at 7 to 9 ft
  through tuesday evening. north winds of 15 to 20 kt increase to
  20 to 35 kt monday afternoon, persisting through tuesday 
  evening.

* where...advisory level conditions will be mostly south of coos
  bay through tuesday morning, expanding north to include areas
  south of reedsport tuesday afternoon. the steepest seas and
  strongest winds will be generally be beyond 5 nm from shore,
  except closer to shore in the vicinity of cape blanco.

* when...for the current small craft advisory, until 4 am pst
  early this morning. for the next small craft advisory, from 4 
  pm monday to 10 pm pst tuesday.

* impacts...gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
