  resulting in seas 6 to 9 ft at 10 seconds expected.

* where...between 3 nm and 50 nm offshore from cape blanco to cape
  sebastian. closer to shore near the capes. becoming all areas
  sunday night.

* when...for the small craft advisory, until 11 am pdt sunday. 
  for the small craft advisory, from 8 pm sunday to 11 am pdt 
  monday.

* impacts...gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or 
  damage smaller vessels.
