waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a weak trough averaging 29.80 inches lingers over the lake erie
region through saturday night as a ridge averaging 30.10 inches 
builds from the north-central united states to the upper ohio 
valley. on sunday, the trough will dissipate and allow the
aforementioned ridge to crest eastward across the lake erie 
region. during sunday night, the ridge begins to exit generally 
eastward and allows a warm front to sweep northward across lake 
erie. during monday through wednesday, the lake erie region should
be located along the western flank of the aforementioned ridge 
averaging 30.00 inches as multiple weak lows move generally 
eastward across the northern great plains and northern great 
lakes.
