And to think very few of my many doctors fail to recognize or believe that WSing is valid exercise or that it can be an important part of our lives, maybe more important than longevity. I can't even begin to comprehend what this guy is doing, but I CAN almost imagine the skill, diligence, spatial awareness, and endless hard work that went into this move and its variations. |

Makes me think of a cat on a hot tin roof. What one won't do to not fall into that cold water!
Seriously, though, did you practice for that in Sweden or in a warmer venue?

Nice! Keep the videos comin'! I wish more people were into freestyle; I'm the only freestyler in my area (probably within a 500 mile radius actually), so I'm always having to go for it alone. _________________ Kansas City |

I've spent time refining my style and technique in the Caribbean. Much respect to my good friend Kiri Thode. At home is where I really put the work in though.
