Here's Tyson Poor with a similar board concept from JP and NP Glide foil.
98L, 6'8'', rail at the back, one hole for the mast (no track), central straps if desired.
Tyson was on 4.7-5.0 and flying around with some pumping in about 10 knots.

That video with Tyson Poor looks super cool. 98 L seems like such low volume, though, and I dunno about the single hole mast track.

I saw a another multi-sport windfoil board recently that looks pretty good, and does come in a version with a real mast track and a lot of footstrap options. From a brand called Zeeko which I don't know if is available in the USA.

Long time reader, first time poster Smile

Have a look at F-one Papenoo convertible:
https://www.f-one.world/product/papenoo-convertible/

So far I used it for windfoiling (mostly), sup surfing and wave sailing. I hope it will be OK for learning to wingfoil.
Mine is "bamboo" construction and is on heavier side. In part, I think, because of multiple foil and fin boxes. It does not feel heavy in use though.
I'm not affiliated with F-one or any of the F-one distributors or retailers.
