I damaged the lower x-ply panels on my 5.6 S2 Maui Dragon. Is it worth repairing and if so, will it ever feel the same?

There's a bunch of boat sail lofts around my area (Galveston), but not sure they'll entertain working on this type of sail; will check.

I can get a used replacement sail for around 375$, so debating if it's worth the trouble.

Thanks in advance...

A gent on here would repair it. Odd he’s from Texas.
IMO , repair yes, worth it.
Should you decide not, I may make an offer.

Bob Thompson in Corpus Christi is your man. Contact Worldwinds.net and they can put you in touch if you have trouble. He is excellent.
