I've spent some time on the Oregon coast. That water is cold! I think it's
actually a little warmer in the Winter due to the way the current flows.

It's a miracle you survived the process of learning to windsurf.

The North Pacific doesn't get much above 52, boots and full suit year round.

I'm hundreds of miles north of there.

It was far worse trying to learn to prone surf, at least with this I can layer up.

If international, Western Australia and South Africa are the top 2 wavesailing destinations in December. Both Southern Hemisphere so their summer.

I think Chile also works in December.

Puerto Rico is on my list for this winter.
